The Kind of Love I Have For My Sister

Sorry guys that I haven't been blogging lately but I've been enjoying my summer with my little sister. My little sister came down from Atlanta and she has been spending almost the whole summer with me. I have been working and babysitting her which has made it kind of tiring, but Im glad that she's here. I haven't seen my step sister in a while because of reasons that I will not mention and Im glad that she is here. Lately I have been hanging out a lot with my step sister in New York for the summer. She has taught me a lot of things over the summer. One of the biggest tests that I had to learn was patience.

Some of our adventures this summer have been going to the beach, going to restaurants, going to the mall and shopping places, the movies, going to the park, and other places. I enjoyed her stay and now that she will be leaving soon I can focus on my job and what Im going to do when I go back to school. Im excited to start my junior year of college because I feel like I am almost finished and accomplished one of my biggest goals. I think that I have an idea of what I want to do when I get out of school but who knows what obstacles I may have to overcome in the next couple of years. Also I have to pay for school so that is another thing to look forward to sadly.

The fourth of July is coming up and my plans are to spend it with family and enjoy great food and fireworks. My sister will be spending the fourth of July with me before she goes back home and even though Im sad that she is leaving she is glad to be going home to her family too. I think that love is indescribable and even though she isn't my blood sister I will always be there for her whenever she needs me. The job of a sister is to be there for one another, love and support  each other, be a good role model, and guide her in the right direction.

I always felt like I have been a good influence on my sister which Im proud of. I showed her that going to school is important and knowledge is power. My sister has dreams of becoming a judge and I show her that anything is possible and that she can reach her dreams. Sisters should always empower and motivate each other and when she starts to grow up I hope that she can do the same for me. Growing up as an only child I never felt the sister bond and never understood it.

My friends used to tell me that your lucky to be an only child but I feel like having a sister isn't a burden but its a gift. When you have a sister your guaranteed to stick up for one another and you always have a best friend in a sister. I love my little sister and hope that she becomes a great person and better than I could imagine because she will always be special to me.

When I look at the sky all I see is gray
What is wrong I ask myself
How can the weather go from blue to gray in only two days

Now when I look at the sky it is blue again
and the clouds are shining
The air is humid and I see little bits of pollen floating away

As I walk outside I can feel the warm air on my skin
and a little sweat dripping from my face
It is the best feeling ever, to have sunny days like this

But the weather is not always nice
Often we get powerful forces such as rain and thunderstorms
It is like a never ending story

Why does the weather change so often
It is summer but it seems like cold weather is still fighting for attention
Today the warm weather wins over New York

The best time of the year is when the weather is constant
It is the perfect time when you can wear the same kind of clothes for a month
And not have to change up or add more layers

But our Earth thrives on its differences
If hot and cold weren't to fight for number one we wouldn't survive
The Earth would either be too hot or too cold

That is why moderation is needed
In the winter time it is the best feeling when you go out your house
And you feel the cold winter breeze on your face

Your lips start to freeze and you see snowflakes on your eyelashes
The scenery is best in the winter
It is when everything you see looks like wonderland

So I don't argue that one is better than the other
Because they both have their perks
Hot and cold both make up the best time of the year!

Can Climate Change Really End the World?

Why is climate change so important?

The climate change has had a tremendous effects on the weather lately. In New York I know that we have hit 95 but now it is almost 56 degrees and it is June which is even more odd. Recently Trump has made it a goal to pull out of the climate pact with more than a hundred plus countries in it and cut the Environmental Protection Agency or EPA budget by one third. The whole purpose of this climate pact was to reduce gas and fuel emissions and make clean air a priority.

Our Earth is at a standstill and we are not fully leaning towards clean and renewable energy. There are still so many improvements that we can make and time is running out. I believe that one day our Earth isn't going to be able to thrive like it did and we all may have to move to a different planet. If we don't move in time there can be the extinction of the human race. It is really scary when you hear scientists say that we only have a hundred more years to live on this Earth.

It makes me wonder... When I have kids what is their life going to be like? Will they have to carry oxygen masks around them 24/7 because the air quality is so bad. There are already some countries that have really bad air quality and they can only stay outside for a certain amount of time at a certain time of the day. It is truly scary and sad to see that our Earth is getting worse.

We should be taking care of the place that we all call home and not taking advantage of it. There is only one Earth in our atmosphere so what happens when Earth is destroyed? What will happen to the billions of people who are living on the planet? How will we survive to see the year 3000? Will there even be a year 3000?

What can we do to help the climate change?

All of the questions don't have definite answers but as a nation we should start taking better care of ourselves and our home. There are so many ideas and ways we can turn around Earths outcome by making cars that don't give off as much fuel emissions. Maybe even making electric cars can save our fossil fuels. There are so many people on this planet which is another problem. You can't stop people from having children but it may get to the point where families are limited to a number of children that they can have.

In some countries households can only have a certain amount of children because the cities are overcrowded. Also we are running and using up all of our natural resources which is a big issue because we need food to survive. Without enough food on this planet people will be likely to steal to get what they want or they will die off.

Also we should implement more solar power panels and use natural light to give us energy. We can save so much money as a nation if everyone used clean energy like solar panels. Also think of all of the money that one can see in a  lifetime by using solar panels.

In my opinion I think that our biggest problem is that we use up to much uneeded energy and resources. For instance taking a 20 minute shower is not necessary and it isn't fair that as Americans we waste so much water that other countries may need. We waste food, electricity, gas, and other resources that sometimes we don't have to use.

Also there are so much waste products like plastic bottles and we have to take the energy to melt the bottles which give off more contaminants in the air to do that process. Everything is like a domino effect. Doing one thing can effect everything else and cause another problem. If we realize how much damage we are doing a day and open our eyes, and agree to help each other we can make a lot more progress.

What are the next steps?

I have no idea what Trump's plan is to do after backing out of the climate change but it better be a good idea. We don't have all of the time in the world to make decisions as crucial as the ones that we need to make for the climate change. It saddens me that there are some people who don't care about the climate change and only care about themselves. When something happens in the world it is going to affect all of us.

There is no need to back away or turn your head from the matter.  Getting involved or at least knowing whats going on is extremely important. Its crazy how a lot of people probably don't even know whats going on because they fail to watch the news.

If we all make simple decisions and start by taking baby steps to save a little bit of energy we can make some progress. Just think, if everybody didn't drive and just walked to work for one day how much energy we would be saving. If everyone in the world did that it would be amazing but some people are selfish and don't care about the future or other peoples future.

Their excuse is more like" we are going to die anyways so why care about the climate change." Its not just about your future, think about your kids future and their kids future. Think about all of the generations to come. They shouldn't have to live with our mistakes in a polluted world!

Why you should start a blog?

To me blogging is a way to express myself and to allow myself to get different ideas out each day.

Recently I took a break to figure out what I wanted to do with my blog and what direction I wanted to take.

The purpose of my blog is to get people to listen and discuss different topics with people.

I started blogging this year after seeing a ad on Facebook saying that you can make a full time living blogging. At first I decided to do it for the money but now I realized that I don't have to get paid to keep blogging as long as at least one person is reading my blog I am satisfied. 

I don't need a big audience to present ideas to I just need that one person to listen. With my blog I did better than i expected that I would do and I got more views than I thought I would get which is a great turnout.

I think that this blog has a great turnout which is great and is why I will continue blogging. I did ask myself this past week, what is my purpose in doing this blog and I finally found out a reason why. 

I did this blog so people can listen to the ideas or thoughts that I have in my head....

In the future of course I want my blog to be bigger and better but each day is a learning process. I learn something new about myself everyday and with my blog I learn something new. 

There are some tips I have for those of you who want to start blogging and that is pick something you are very passionate about to talk about so the blog stays interesting.

If you talk about something you aren't interested in than chances are your blog will reflect that and be boring.

Never give up on blogging even if you get tired of writing because consistency is the key to making a successful blog.

When I first started my blog I got helped from this guy on Instagram who was doing blogging tutorials on how to make successful blogs.

He talked about everything that happened and the mistakes that he made when he was first making his blog and how he is making a living doing a blog and doesn't have to work anywhere else to support his family. 

I took his advice and am slowly learning from his mistakes.

To those of you who are thinking about starting their on blog I suggest that you guys look at other peoples blogs and see what they all have in common because it might help you create your next your blog.
